It works even better now.
- New VUMeter graphics
- Proper Stereo LZSS playback using 18(!) buffer channels
- Automatic Region and Stereo detection
- Stabilised playback timing using smarter Scanline count
- Per song data sequence and parameters
- Volume Mask and Level Control
In this test run, I mainly just picked some of my old tunes and played them back in a Dual Mono setup where the Volume Level would provide a smooth Stereo panning effect, and I am really liking how this sounds like so far.
No proper Stereo song was played back in this demo, but I'm 100% positive it's working great, no Swap Channel bullshit, it was a disgusting hack I made at the last minute.
This is effectively a modified LZSS format version that was designed specifically and only for VUPlayer.
Long story short, Mono and Stereo playback uses literally the same routines, only the data parameters would define if the song is Stereo, or Mono, as well as its region, speed, Time, etc.
It's just great to have figured out a way to export valid SAP-B files, only to sabotage it all with this format, but it will totally be worth it.
