VFM16, Världens Farligaste Möte 2016
(The world's most dangerous meeting 2016)
For the 6th year in a row, VFM has been a place for e-commerce experts and enthusiasts to meet in a spectacular environment to collect inspiration and discuss the future of e-commerce. The VFM16 theme was "Breaking the Law" with keynotes Rob Halford, Alexander Bard and Micael Dahlén.
Listen to Episerver's Joakim Holmquist's talk about customer loyalty. What really makes one want to come back? He gives inspiring examples on how companies have gone above a customer's expectation to make sure his or her happiness. However, Holmquist explains, research show that if you stick to deliver what you promise and make both the shopping process and any support errands simple and smooth, this is what customers really want.
As every year VFM16 was held at Liseberg 08-02 oclock in Gothenburg. We gathered 30 of Swedens most sharpest e-Commerce experts on stage. The amusement park Liseberg, has northern Europe's best supply in regards to rides and roller coasters like Helix, AtmosFear, Flumeride and the scary Mechanica which all were open during VFM16. Visitors experienced champagne mingle, orchestra show, breakfast, lunch, dinner, thai boxing, all-inclusive. Two rockbands, moderators Annlie Naes & Filip Ljungberg and a pre party at Avalon Hotel. A boat and a party bus for transportation and fireworks, golden bombs, Celebs, Harley Davidson bike, ghost house and Maryanne Magdalene the sword swallower. Hot tub landscapes with saunas and night club afterparty. All made VFM16 an unforgettable experience.
