Hello! I rushed to write this short song in the last day before the deadline for the recently concluded Famicompo mini vol. 8. Surprisingly, it's my first stab at using the Konami VRC7 FM sound expansion. It tied for 14th place, higher than it deserves :J I felt I would rather make something quick, cheap and simple than bow out of Famicompo altogether as I feared I'd have to. I left myself too little time, was using an unfamiliar computer, didn't have my trusty composer's aid by my side either (my Casio), and ultimately lacked inspiration/motivation.
About that, an explanation for why I haven't uploaded anything new in seven months - my computer died in August, and due to a series of blunders and complications that were partially out of my control I wasn't able to buy a new one until recently, long story short. I've explained a little more on my site. I also haven't worked on any new music aside from this since the failure, and was beginning to feel like an empty husk of human being! But I'm back now, hoping to resume business as normal, whatever that is.
