A kitchen witch in the kitchen making inspiring us all to make food. Does it get any better?
My partner is a builder, and he finds this to be very filling in the morning. Plus he has never described it as edible concrete. Unlike someone else's description to me yesterday ๐คฃ

O.k, because I can't talk lots for fear of coughing up a lung. I failed to discuss the spices I like to add to alter the flavour.
Cinnamon - health & abundance.
Nutmeg - luck, charity, concentration.
Coconut flakes - Purification & protection
Cacao Nibs - Health & happiness
At any point of stirring/mixing, you can start putting your intentions into your breakfast. Food made with love always tastes better.
I use Alpro unsweetened plant yoghurt normally of homemade kefir, it I have some on the go.
You can drizzle some honey or maple syrup if you choose, but I feel the natural sugars in the fruit is plenty for me.
BASIC RECIPE:
X1 mashed banana
Spoon of chosen nut butter - you can leave this out if you have allergies.
Handful of chai seeds
+/- flaxseed
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup of sugar free yoghurt of choice
Milk of choice to cover oats
serve with a selection of seeds, nuts, fruit, cacoa nibs, coconut for extra flavour & nutrition.
