What voltage and volts are when talking about an electronic circuit. Explained at the low level of coulombs and charge, and using both the units joules per coulomb (energy per unit charge) and volts.
This is a reuploaded video that fixes an error in the original. The original compared two examples by timing them over a period of time. However, voltage has nothing to do with time. So the examples were changed to no longer mention time.
