Since the new lab isn't done, o decided to edit some old video footage I didn't release. I wanted to see if any meters would read the correct voltage of an electric fly swatter . What I saw surprised me and scared me at the same time. The cost of a meter does not matter, the blue was is sold for $400.
I also discovered after this that meters can be self certified for the CAT ratings by the manufacturer. So before you buy a meter you should think about this and your safety. For more information in this read:
