The most important thing here is just how to get regular Sushie Glitch with Goombario, which could occasionally be useful in rando. Note that you can clear the tattle after swapping to Sushie if you want, but I just didn't because there was no need.
The second video is how to do Ultra Hammer Skip with this. I wouldn't recommend actually doing this since there are multiple better ways, but I just wanted to document it.
The third is the same as the second, but on English. If you enter the room to the right with the spike ball while Sushie Glitch is active, you have to hit a frame-perfect dive to avoid softlocking on English, so this is a method to clear the glitch and proceed normally. Again, I wouldn't recommend actually doing this.
