So in the new patch we just got something absolutely crazy. Former Xal'atath loyalists split off and took over a scourge outpost and they literally created a new version of the undead. Void raised skeletons, void necromancers and the main void leader literally turned into a lich himself. While a relatively minor questline this opens the door to so many new possibilities especially as the Shadowlands are now more relevant than ever with Sylvanas' return and investigation into what they really are and of course the Scourge being one of the main factions if not the main one in Northrend in the Last titan. Could Xal'atath start mobilizing the scourge herself or someone different, are we going to see a void-scourge hybrid and what is everything that is going on.
