Produced by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology in collaboration with the Commission for Environmental Cooperation , this short documentary features voices from three communities along the Pacific Flyway linked by a shared esteem for shorebirds. Voices of the Pacific Flyway is available to any group involved in education and conservation along the Flyway, in English, Spanish, and Central Yup’ik, free of charge. The film travels to a bird festival in Mexico, a scientific trapping and tagging effort in Washington State, and a subsistence egg harvest in Alaska to explore how different communities and cultures along the Pacific Flyway value migratory shorebirds.
