Step back in time and get to know prominent figures from United States history! This new educational video series from Birmingham Children's Theatre is designed to connect students with living embodiments of people who have made a profound impact on our communities and nation. BCT's performers jump into the shoes of historic figures for 10 minutes to speak directly to students about their lives and achievements, and the events the shaped their time.
We're kicking off this new series with Birmingham's own Reverend Fred Shuttlesworth. As one of the most prominent icons of the Civil Rights Movement, Rev. Shuttlesworth speaks about his life, being a change-maker, and confronting evil with goodness.
