In part three of our global video series, we’re highlighting #TeamPurple at the Le Havre plant in France. Over the past three years, this dedicated team has produced nacelles and blades that will provide green electricity to 4 million people in the country.
Their hard work and commitment will soon lead to the production of next-generation 14 MW turbine blades, reaching up to 115 meters in length, starting in 2026. The team plays a vital role in contributing to European offshore wind development and helping France achieve its goal of 18 GW of offshore wind capacity by 2035.
