This is the first video of 3 going over voice therapy for the singer who has injured their vocal cords resulting in vocal cord swelling or pre-nodules. The voice therapy presented here are the initial first steps taken to help the semi-professional or professional singer regain their voice as quickly and safely as possible while waiting to see a voice therapist one-on-one. Much of therapy is re-visiting vocal hygiene and stressing good basic singing techniques... Even professional singers need a refresher in singing fundamentals!
Part 1 is an introduction to voice therapy for singers. Parts 2 and 3 goes into the actual mechanics of the voice therapy.
