Rhys Duggan was the speaker for Voices of Experience April 9, 2019. Duggan's real estate development firm, Revesco Properties, is redeveloping Elitch Gardens Amusement Park in Denver into a vibrant, mixed-use urban neighborhood over the next 25 years.

The conversation highlighted the features of the project, dubbed "The River Mile," as well as the opportunities and challenges facing Revesco.
