Today's stream starts off with a quick playthrough of a new vanilla-like map by Phade, pretty decent if I say so myself! Captures the charming feel of the IWADs.
Following on from there, we reveal and subsequently finish off mapping the newest map for Eviternity. MAP25: Slave, located in a giant, oppressive hell setting complete with "slaughter-lite" gameplay appropriate of the location!
This is one of the shortest late-game maps in Eviternity, which is a reasonable break from the 20-minute endurance test of a map that comes before it. :)

Every now and then I just need to unwind. Do nothing, play games. But I decided to stream instead of selfishly keep this experience to myself, and Im glad I did. Toys for Bob have done an 11/10 job on this remaster of the Spyro trilogy, the gameplay holds up so solidly that I had no issue beating the entirety of Spyro 1 in a single sitting, no signs of boredon or genuine frustration at all. :)
Cant wait to get another chunk of time like this to sink my teeth into Spyro 2, though Ive got less pre-knowledge on that one, so it might not be a single-session run, heh.

I go on a week long holiday and return to find myself graced with some wonderful new tools in the Prodeus editor! The first half of this map ping session is me adjusting to the improved toolset and nerding out in excitement over them, the 2nd half is resuming the mines map from where I left off pre-holiday. :)
