A short demonstration of the second set of 5 of SAROS’ 10 vocal modes, continuing in the established format! Each of SAROS' vocal modes has a natural "partner" (a similar mode with a different angle) and an "opposite" (a mode with generally opposite effects). This also serves as a demonstration of SAROS’ automatic pitch capabilities.

Full
• Range: B2-G5 (Falsetto: D5-G5)
• Ideal for: creating vocal lines with more body and clarity to them
• Partner & Opposite mode: Bright
• Complimentary modes: Clear (ASTERIAN), Clear (SOLARIA)
• The “Full” vocal mode helps to add a degree of solidity & body while reducing some of the higher frequencies present in SAROS’ voice, while somewhat increasing the texture of the breath component. Using “Full” alongside “Bright” creates SAROS’ equivalent of SOLARIA & ASTERIAN’s “Clear” vocal modes.
Soft
• Range: C3-E5 (Falsetto:E4-E5)
• Ideal for: breathy and sometimes whispery vocal lines with a great deal of texture
• Partner Mode: Gentle
• Opposite Mode: Resounding
• Complimentary modes: Gentle (ASTERIAN), Airy (SOLARIA)
• “Soft” creates SAROS’ breathiest tone, with a whispery sound that transitions easily into falsetto highs. For cleanest tone, we suggest reducing the breathiness parameter & rendering with aspiration output separated, and not using the vocal mode at its highest value.
Gentle
• Range: G2-E5 (Falsetto: E4-E5)
• Ideal for: warm and mellow sounding vocal lines, best for full low notes
• Partner mode: Soft
• Opposite mode: Power
• Complimentary modes: Gentle (ASTERIAN), Soft (SOLARIA)
• “Gentle” creates a mellow and softer tone without adding in a large breath component. “Gentle” is perfect for combination with other vocal modes, simply softening any timbre.
Feminine
• Range: E3-F#5
• Ideal for: creating unique tones and creating lines in clearer, warmer falsetto
• Partner mode: Falsetto
• Opposite mode: Dark
• Complimentary modes: Warm (ASTERIAN), Light (SOLARIA)
• “Feminine” is a second falsetto mode that creates a falsetto tone without a great degree of added breathiness, making it ideal to combine with other modes to create unique tones.
Resounding
• Range: B2-B5 (Context-dependent falsetto break above recommended range)
• Ideal for: strong vocals that will be distorted intentionally in a final mix, biting and sharp belting tones
• Partner mode: Power
• Opposite mode: Soft
• Complimentary modes: Rough (ASTERIAN), Solid (SOLARIA)
• “Resounding” is a mode made up of SAROS’ more unique data, with earsplitting higher notes and punchy, noisy consonants. At its highest levels, it introduces some degree of distortion to the voice, so moderation & combination with other vocal modes is suggested for usage.
