vCenter Orchestrator is a tool offered by VMWARE to create workflows, that involve your virtual infrastructure, helping you recover from a disaster, migrate VMs or pool of VM,create new virtual machines,resource pools....
In fact, its like an Activity Diagram, that give you the ability to run decision processes. It creates in the background a script so after deploying the Server and configuring the appliance, just remember to use a complex password, you can use the webclient or the installable one.
An advice would be to use per user connection and if any problem,we provide a forum or you can ask your questions in comments.
