VM Server Build, part 2 - On a Test Bench @PE4Doers
VM Server Build, part 2 - On a Test Bench @PE4Doers
Uploaded April 2026 | Updated September 2026, 2 weeks ago
This video is the second episode in my rack-mounted VM Server build series. This part will show the pre-build of all components (except an SSD Boot drive) in a mATX test bench. Each component will be installed, then as practical, tested before the next component is added. That is the best way to ensure build success with untested components. In the next episode, all parts tested in this video will be moved into the final rack-mountable case, and final testing be started. Thanks for watching.
