Welcome back to my channel it’s Vlogmas day 17. Today I made gingerbread cookies. These are some of my favorite cookies to make at the holidays. The Recipe is below.

Recipe for Gingerbread Cookies:
1 box of Butterscotch pudding
½ a cup of shorting (butter)
½ cup of brown sugar
1 egg
1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. baking soda
Method:
Cream together sugar and shorting. Add Butterscotch pudding and egg mix well. Add flour and spices and baking soda. Mix till dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes. Cut out and Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
