Oh - What Fun Broccoli Salad Serves 8

5c. broccoli florets, bite-sized pieces
1 apple, cored and diced
1firm pear, cored and diced
1/4c red onion, diced
1 c. cashews, toasted or roasted
1 c. dried cranberries

Dressing:
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2c mayp
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 honey
Salt to taste

In large bowl, add broccoli, apple, pear, red onion, cashews, dried cramberries. Stir to combine.

In medium bowl, add mayo, sour cream lemon juice and honey. Also salt if desired. Whisk to combine.

Pour dressing over salad and stit to combine.

Serve.
