Today, I made homemade pizza for dinner this weekend, including the pizza dough. My favorite pizza dough recipe is below. Then, I tried a new tool, the Bread Oven dish, for my rye bread. I may have let it proof too long, or it might have been too wet of a dough...I have seen stellar results online and in social media with this bread oven, so I'm not giving up yet!
I worked on some Christmas presents and took Penny for a walk and went to the store for a few items.
