This is make number 12 of my 12 makes of Christmas and these are eco friendly party hats, replacing the old Christmas cracker paper hats. These were made using leftover fabrics and recycled ribbons. The hats are reversible and there are plenty of ideas on Pinterest if you wanted to get some sewing inspiration to make your own.
