Hey guys! Today I am showing you a fun, quick, morning trip to Animal Kingdom! Mom and I first stopped at Guest Services so we could exchange our old Annual Pass cards for the new 50th cards. :) We then popped into the shop hoping to find anniversary merchandise (we didn't see much - makes sense as Animal Kingdom is not the park that turned 50) before we made our way to Isle of Java, where I tried the Rotten Apple. It was missing the gummy worm garnish, but otherwise I'd rate it a 4/5. We then walked to Restaurantosaurus where we got the 50th Anniversary and the Maleficent cupcake to try. Both of these were a bit of a miss for us, I'd rate them a 2/5. We continued toward Expedition Everest and rode that (it was posted as 25 but we waited maybe 15) before we backtracked to the outdoor theater to see the new show KiteTails! It is short, maybe 5-8 minutes, but so cute and worth the stop if you happen to be on that side of the park during show time. The times are not listed on the map, but according to Cast Members are 11:15, 12:15 (this is the show we saw), 1:15, 3:15, 4:15, and 5:15, and they seat for the show at the top of the hour. Not shown in the video, but wanted to mention that on our way home we stopped at the McDonald's, where I got the Cogworth toy that is part of the 50th Anniversary collection in the Happy Meals. Now all I need is Lumiere! :)
