At the end of the day, I'm not at all upset that I ate, drank, and was merry during the holidays because I made great memories with my friends and family. There is a natural ebb and flow to life, times to feast and times to be more conservative with food. I'm glad that I didn't let weight get in the way of nurturing my relationships during the most festive time of the year. This is a temporary setback but it's all part of the journey.
I also talk a bit about my methods (I don't deprive myself of any type of food, but I do have big meals, I seldom snack, and I suppose my eating schedule falls under the name of "Intermittent Fasting" although I've grown up doing this essentially.
