Apologies for the "clickbaity" title ;). In this video I'm answering the question from one of my viewers [1] about why counting from 0 to (almost) 100 million takes 0.002 in Java, but several seconds in Python. I'm also addressing the question of why Java was faster than both assembly and the theoretical speed in this example.
