Did you know that you can create a 3D visualization of your or future home?
Simply 3D scan items that you wish to visualize and place them into 3D scanned model of the apartment or use any 3D representation of the space you want to create the visualization for.

You can use it to have a better idea of how certain objects will look like in a specific place or simply equip the whole apartment until its fully furnished.
You know, like the game Sims :)
