Kris Star visits the city of Milwaukee to visit every Jeffrey Dahmer location from where he lived, met and murdered his victims. Kris stays the night in the exact same hotel, the Ambassador Hotel, where Dahmer committed his second murder, Steven Tuomi. She also visits Shakers, the cigar bar that Dahmer would frequent, as well as, the sight of the old Oxford apartments where he lived and murdered 11 of his victims. The energy left behind by Jeffrey Dahmer in Milwaukee is intense and very emotional.
