I visited what’s often called the world’s most expensive Christmas market in Zurich, Switzerland. The Christkindlimarkt takes place inside Zurich’s main train station and is famous for its towering Christmas tree, festive atmosphere, and over 140 market stalls selling luxury gifts, food, and seasonal treats.
During the visit, I explore the market highlights, try the food on offer, and even visit the fondue restaurant inside the Christmas market to see if it lives up to the hype. To finish the trip, I head just outside Zurich to the Lindt Chocolate Factory, one of Switzerland’s most famous attractions.
