Srinagar is so much more than just Dal Lake.

On my recent Kashmir trip, I explored the quieter side of Srinagar — from the historic old city and Khanqah-e-Moula to the lanes of Zaina Kadal Market and the beautiful wooden architecture of Jamia Masjid Srinagar.
Mornings started with a sunrise shikara ride on Dal Lake, followed by tulips blooming against the Zabarwan hills and slow evenings by the Jhelum Riverfront.
