Our daughter is spending a semester abroad in seriously beautiful Marburg Germany and so the family thought we'd spend a week together and see her off proper. That meant a week in Amsterdam with a quick jump to Frankfurt Germany and a short train ride to Marburg. Beautiful weather, superior public transport and sunny afternoons filled with ambling walks and afternoon cocktails. Another week? We would have gladly stayed another month if we could.
