My (possibly) final redstone invention. Ever wanted to know the health of a mob? Now you can! Their helmets colour changes depending on the damage they take!

NOTE: This only works for one mob at a time. You can make a few adjustments to make it work for multiple.

/replaceitem entity @e[type=X,name=X] slot.armor.head minecraft:leather_helmet 1 0 {display:{color:0}}
