This tune... where do I even start? Well first off, this track is from Lyrah, shes a lifelong musician who started young singing at church, as many vocalists do. She continued her musical journey singing at skate shows with her metal band during her developmental years and more recently has been touring London as a keyboardist for Paul Thomas Sanders. 2019 is the year for Lyrah to strike out on her own and I think shes more than ready to tackle the challenge. Vocals, wow, these vocals got me hooked right away and when you mix in elements like that amazing 80s feeling guitar strum sound soaked in reverb and delay... my goodness. I mean Im not even getting into the nostalgia factor of the lyrics, Im sure we can all relate to that feeling of falling in love with someone and discovering all their crazy quirks when its just the two of you. Beautiful tune, so thankful this came my way. If you guys like the track please do consider sharing it with some friends.

I kind of wish I didnt see the title of this beforehand because while Im listening I get that hint of a warm breeze hitting my face, you know that hot wind that rises up from a beach on a perfect summer day? Oh well. Probably just my dumb brain creating associations. Love all the melodic elements that jump right out of the mix and those low tones that really pull out the deep relaxation vibes. Awesome tune for when the day becomes a little too much, put it on during your drive home or on a Tuesday afternoon when the week isnt heading your way.

I managed to get the render for the fog a little cleaner than the last one, made some minor tweaks that cured my OCD a little. Dove in a bit with Davinci Resolve trying to go beyond potato status. Probably not noticeable after the YouTube compression but the changes help me sleep better at night lol. I absolutely love this latest track from Jake Penn, the way hes managed to incorporate different genre elements into one track and make it so damn smooth. Just phenomenal in my books.
