Blue Collar Training Network, LLC was started in 2015 as a way to bridge the gap for departments needing more training. BCTN is owned and operated by Jeff Hakola with a number of instructors located around the United States. The overall goal of our company is to bring fire service information to departments in order to build their cadre of instructors and help develop their fire fighting skills. Our foundational belief is that skill is developed through hands-on, practical evolutions. Our instructors are highly-motivated firefighters who are devoted to giving back to the fire service.
