This is running off the original VF3 (US version) Model 3 arcade board, going from RGB to a PC RGB capture board. Half the frames are thrown out (game runs at 59.9x FPS) and it's upscaled to HD from the native resolution of 496x384. Sorry for the weird ghosting -- we'll try better shielding next time.
