For 75 years, Virginia Beach Florist has been part of some of the community’s biggest moments — from weddings and anniversaries to funerals and everything in between.
The family-owned business is celebrating its 75th anniversary, with current owner Russell Price carrying on a family legacy that began when his parents bought the shop in the 1970s.
Price and manager DJ Newhart say adapting to trends and social media while maintaining strong relationships with customers has helped the florist stay in business across generations.
The anniversary celebration included food, live entertainment, special sales and raffles.
