On June 16th, 2025, a supercell thunderstorm developed just south of North Platte, NE around 7pm. Just after 7:30, it began to produce a landspout, leading to a long lived, violent stovepipe tornado, that luckily impacted rural areas. This video documents its amazing lifecycle, from extreme close range.
