Epoxy of your choice I used both fast set epoxy and 8 to 12 hour set epoxy
Spray Paint - I used and prefer Rustoleum. I used Berry Pink and Light blue.

Tools typically used - Craft knife, 120 grit sandpaper and 180 to 220 for finer sanding after the 120. Scissors, weeding tools, transfer tape. 91% alcohol, paint or makeup brushes, mod podge, dusk mask, chemical mask, gloves.
