Today I’m working on the August 2026 Vintage Postcard Collage 26 challenge, and this month’s prompt is negative space.

I had an idea for this one that involved taking a very peaceful vintage postcard and adding lots and lots of text to create some visual “noise” around it. The idea was to leave that little bit of negative space for the eye to rest—but, as usual, things don’t always turn out exactly the way my brain imagined them! 😂
