We've a few contributors on holiday this week, and a tough prompt for many who took part. However, there are some really lovely buttons here. There are a couple of buttons made after original passementerie buttons, other incorporating vintage thread, fabrics or buttons. Some of the fabrics are very special - and show that making a button is a great way to keep a small memory. We've got a clever grape vine and wine bottle (a good vintage!), steampunk air balloon, and an embroidered vintage dress. There is beautiful crochet, thread wrapping, Dorset styles and many with extra stitching and embellishments. Again - a fabulous selection of beautiful handmade buttons!
