Presented in a specially constructed glasshouse within Paris' Tuileries Gardens, Chanel's Spring/Summer 2002 Haute Couture collection by Karl Lagerfeld explored the house's signature elegance through a refined palette of black, blush pink, cream, and camellia tones.
Tailored coat-dresses, bouclé coats, tunics, and delicately embroidered gowns combined classic couture techniques with modern construction, while layered silhouettes revealed unexpected details through contrasting linings, chiffon bibs, and organza overlays.
