Inspired with Dapper Day and the fact that I didnt get to go, I decided to make these vintage-ish little dresses. I havent done a cupcake decoration tutorial in a while! I hope you enjoy them and try them out. Practice makes perfect!

Materials:
For Dress
-pink, dark pink, and white fondant
-a little bit of water
-a brush
-a knife or a fondant roller cutter
-sparkle dust or disco dust (optional)
-a fondant roller
-powder sugar to help roll out fondant

For shoes:
-black and pink fondant
-powder sugar to help roll out fondant

For decoration:
-frosting
-a piping bag
