The vintage Imperious Leader figure from Mattel's Battlestar Galactica toy line is a very odd figure, and ever odder if his cape is missing. My plan today is to make a replacement cape for this chap and make it make it look closer to what you see in the TV show but still keep it so it looks like it matches with the rest of the toy line.
