"It’s a Mystery, Charlie Brown" is the 11th Peanuts Primetime special from 1974 with music composed and performed by Guaraldi.

The special was written by Charles Schulz, directed by Phil Roman, produced by Bill Melendez executive produced by Lee Mendelson, and John Scott Trotter supervised the music.
This release will continue the celebration of 75 years of Vince Guaraldi music making.
Available for the first time ever on BioVinyl, CD and digital.
Includes the complete score on 15 tracks for “Mystery” performed by Vince Guaraldi on piano, electric piano, clavinet, electric guitar and whistling , featuring Seward McCain - Bass, and Mike Clark/Eliot Zigmund – drums, and Tom Harrell - trumpet.
The record was mixed at Bones and Knives by Terry Carleton and Vinson Hudson restored and mastered the record for audiophiles, jazz lovers, and Peanuts fans everywhere. Sean & Jason Mendelson produced the record. The physical album includes full color inserts with art from the special, liner notes by Sean & Jason Mendelson, and Derrick Bang (author of "Vince Guaraldi at the Piano") AND mysteries to solve using the included magnifying glass.
There are never before heard bonus tracks as well - including an additional recording session featuring jazz standards ‘Autumn Leaves’ and ‘Billie’s Bounce’ from 1973 featuring Mike Clark on Drums and Ron McClure on bass. AND MORE.
Includes the unused and never before heard performances of “Snoopy Holmes,” and “It’s a Mystery, Charlie Brown.”
