Welcome to my 698th solo guitar arrangement video on YouTube, "Villanova Junction" by Jimi Hendrix which is one of my top-3 favorite tracks from the three album set which you can see on the shelf, and which us what I grew up, the other two being Love March and Soul Sacrifice. Speaking of Soul Sacrifice, it took decades to learn that the three album set version I knew was heavily edited down from the originals... Still magic. And speaking of album covers, WTH YouTube, got a notice about the original Electric Ladyland cover?? Ridiculous...
For the past several weeks I've been posting old favorites I never got around to which are not too difficult and I can pull out pretty easily, while spending time trying to put together an arrangement for "The Things You See" by Allan Holdsworth. If you know that tune, you know it can take weeks, months or... never. But I will try.
