5. Johnny Stilman, Matthew Duncan, Stanley Woods, and Andy Chirensky (I Spit on you're Grave)
6. Nekron (Fire and Ice)
7. Sarousch (Disney's the Hunchback of Nore Dame 2): a bad villain from a bad sequel
8. Valentino (Hazbin Hotel)
9. Enrico Maxwell (Hellsing)
