In this food adventure, I travel to Linden, TN to link up with by buddy Kyle "The Hitman" Hall for lunch. Lunch, this time, is a gigantic 28" pizza with grilled chicken, peppers and tomatoes, weighing in at 10 lbs! We have 1 hour to eat every crumb in order to win the meal free, get some t-shirts and gift cards and go up on their very short wall of fame. A couple years prior, the record was set by the great Randy Santel and Brandon Clark and was an insanely fast time, so we didn't bother trying to break that, but instead, just tried to eat quickly and enjoy this awesome pizza.
The staff was great here, super friendly and were rooting for us to win the challenge which is always a nice feeling. Also, the locals cheering us on were really cool and therefore, I gave them my gift card prize before heading home. There's no better feeling :)
