Recorded 26 August 2026. Viktória Földvári of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) presents "Maximal tb Representatives of Double Twist Knots" at IPAM's Research Collaboration Workshop in Contact and Symplectic Geometry/Topology.
Abstract: We study Legendrian realizations of double twist knots in the standard tight contact 3-sphere. We focus on the family K(4,m) and give upper bounds on the number of Legendrian isotopy classes of maximal Thurston-Bennequin representatives.
