A wonderful day in my Black Forest, where I make a Norse/Viking inspired meal...using my new frying plate. I also made some great flatbread and this is the recipe for making 2-3 pieces:
100g Rye or wheat flour
1/4 tea spoon salt
1,0 tea spoon backing powder
1,0 table spoon honey
Water approx 1/5 dl
