Created for Stan Lee's World of Heroes program: Two brothers are ignited to become vigilantes when their youngest brother is murdered by a corrupt police officer, and in the heat of the moment where they confront his killer, each brother must decide what justice truly is and when one brother chooses retribution and the other the legal system, they quickly become life-long adversaries by fighting each other over the fate of the officer responsible.
