In 1981, 32-year-old Marianne Bachmeier shocked the world when she took justice into her own hands by shooting the man who murdered her 7-year-old daughter, Anna, in a German courtroom.
She shot him six times in the back and was heard saying, "This is for you, Anna," as she looked down at his dead body.
