Hello everyone!
In this requested video I will share with you how I blend my Essential Oils.

This video is by no means comprehensive and there is much to be said on this topic. I'm just going to share with you some tips on how I like to blend my oils, I hopefully will continue on this journey in a series dedicated to essential oils.

Also,
The short description I have given regarding the top, middle, and base notes is a brief and general guideline which is as follows:
-top note; generally includes Citrus oils
-middle note; includes leaves, flowers, and seeds
-base note; the roots and bark parts of the plant
~~There are exceptions to this, namely for example, Jasmine and ylang-ylang oil which come from the flowers, but can be used as middle and/or base notes.
You can Google the list of top, middle, and base notes to get an idea of how to begin blending if you are interested.
